Guests are required to present a valid I.D and Credit Card. Debit card payments accepted subject to your company`s policies.

• Early arrivals at no cost upon check-in according to availability.

Check Out 11 a.m.

• Late check-out fees will apply unless pre-authorized through our front desk manager.

Luggage Storage

Early check-in, late check-out, we´ll store your luggage for free.

Special Requests

We do our best to satisfy all special requests but these are only requests unless indicated in writing on your confirmation.

Cash payments

If you choose to pay cash, you will be asked to settle the total amount of your stay including all applicable taxes.

If you choose credit card as a guarantee admission, the hotel will need to block the total dollar amount of the reservation until departure, likewise an estimated amount if there are incidents will be blocked. The balance of the blocked amount will be released the day of departure, it will be reflected in your card within 4-15 business days. In addition it is likely that your financial institution does a service charge.

Cancellation

All reservations require a non-refundable deposit of 25%. Policy Christmas and New Year Payment are 100% non-refundable.

Smoking

Is prohibited in all public areas of the hotel and rooms including balconies. Any infraction will be fined $250.00 Smoking is permitted in designated areas.

Pet Policy

Sorry we cannot accommodate your furry friend.
Non-compliance results in a fine of $250.
Service animals are permitted upon presenting the relevant documentation.
