Un peu d’histoire sur la chef ex\u00e9cutive Silvia Laferri\u00e8re.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Silvia est copropri\u00e9taire et chef du restaurant Villa del Sue\u00f1o, sa carri\u00e8re a commenc\u00e9 il y a 25 ans ici \u00e0 Playa Hermosa au Costa Rica.<\/p>\n

Chef autodidacte, la passion de Silvia pour la cuisine a inspir\u00e9 le besoin de g\u00e9rer son propre restaurant. \u00c0 un jeune \u00e2ge, elle a appris de sa grand-m\u00e8re italienne, de sa m\u00e8re et de son p\u00e8re, l’importance de cuisiner \u00e0 partir de z\u00e9ro des ingr\u00e9dients frais et le savoir-faire pour combiner saveurs et textures.Avec le temps, elle s’est sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e et affin\u00e9e son propre style en prenant la cuisine italienne faite maison. sur un menu m\u00e9diterran\u00e9en Feelgood.<\/p>\n

Elle a \u00e9galement appris le savoir-faire tr\u00e8s important de choisir les bonnes personnes pour accomplir tous les d\u00e9tails n\u00e9cessaires au fonctionnement d’une cuisine gastronomique et s\u00e9curiser les contacts n\u00e9cessaires pour fournir \u00e0 son \u00e9quipe les bons ingr\u00e9dients pour maintenir un haut niveau de qualit\u00e9 depuis son d\u00e9but.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=\u00a0\u00bb1\/2″][vc_column_text]La plupart du menu est compos\u00e9 de plats signature et ne peut \u00eatre trouv\u00e9 nulle part ailleurs.C’est la raison principale pour laquelle elle re\u00e7oit tant de bonnes critiques de la part des clients et les \u00e9loges du c\u00e9l\u00e8bre chef costaricain Rafael<\/a> sur son \u00e9mission t\u00e9l\u00e9vis\u00e9e, un Fuego Lento.
